If you need to amend or cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by following the instructions set out on our website. Orders for same-day or next-day delivery may not be amended or cancelled once confirmed due to the perishable nature of our products and the swift processing requirements.
For standard bouquets and arrangements, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on whether the arrangement has already been prepared or dispatched. Bespoke or specially created floral arrangements may not be eligible for a refund if already in production.
Please note amendments to recipient details or delivery dates may not be guaranteed, particularly if the product has already entered the preparation or delivery stages. Any changes requested after dispatch cannot be accommodated.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and floral arrangements, we are unable to accept returns except where products are received damaged or not as described.
If you are not satisfied with your order, or if the flowers arrive in a condition unfit for purpose, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence where possible. We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement arrangement or issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
